We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/Know Your Client Manager to join our AML and Client Onboarding team.

This role is located in Lake Mary, FL – (4 days in office).

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead and manage the AML and Client Onboarding team by demonstrating expertise in regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Develop and implement robust AML/KYC policies and procedures by continuously assessing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of clients by overseeing the due diligence process and verifying client information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance risk assessment frameworks, thereby supporting BNY's strategic goals.
• Provide regular training and guidance to team members to foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on AML/KYC compliance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are preferred.
• 4-7 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in AML/KYC regulations and compliance practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents.

Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered.
