Job Description
- Pet Planet Veterinary Clinic is a well established modern small animal veterinary clinic in Dubai.
- We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Veterinary Doctor to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
- Perform consultations and provide medical advice to pet owners.
- Perform soft tissue surgeries including spay, neuter, mass removal, wound repair.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging (ultrasound and X ray).
- Handle emergency and critical care cases.
- Prescribe and administer medications, vaccinations, IV fluids.
- Collect, interpret, and evaluate laboratory samples.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Educate pet owners on disease prevention, nutrition, vaccination schedules, parasite control, and post operative care.
- Collaborate with veterinary nurses and support staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.
- Support inventory management and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, BVSc, or equivalent).
- Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in small animal practice.
