We are one of 3 individually owned Vets for Pets practices in Norwich. We are situated inside the Pets at Home stores and are lucky enough to have access to large areas of free parking alongside a variety of shops.

Norwich is a lovely city to live and work in, with what we think of is the right mixture of city and countryside life. We are only a short drive to the beach, Norfolk Broads or city centre. We have a supportive, experienced team and across the Norwich group with certificate holders in surgery, ophthalmology, internal medicine, imaging and feline medicine. Our teams are incredibly friendly and welcoming with many opportunities to socialise out of work.

What we’re looking for

Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.

You will greet each client and offer support, guidance, and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice will be done using our online booking system, so computer literacy is a must.

Your personality is infectious and along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
