Create a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experience for clients and their pets
Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in person and over the phone
Schedule and coordinate appointments while helping the hospital day run smoothly
Welcome clients and patients and assist with the check-in and checkout process
Answer client questions and help pet owners navigate their veterinary care experience
Maintain accurate client and patient information
Process payments and support accurate client account management
Use strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow support team members
Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
Support hospital workflows and contribute to an efficient client experience
Bring your ideas, strengths, and positive attitude to the team
Previous veterinary reception experience
Exceptional client communication and customer service skills
Strong time-management and organizational abilities
Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a busy veterinary environment
Professional, compassionate, and friendly communication style
Strong attention to detail
