- High-field MRI and CT for detailed neuroimaging
- Electrodiagnostics including EMG and nerve conduction velocity testing
- Full seizure management, epilepsy monitoring, and CSF analysis
- Diagnosis and treatment for vestibular disease, meningitis, and syringomyelia
- BAER testing for auditory evaluation
- Comprehensive neurologic exams for movement and balance disorders
- Intervertebral disc disease (IVDD) surgeries: hemilaminectomy, dorsal laminectomy, ventral slot
- Spinal stabilization and fracture repair procedures
- Decompression and fusion for cervical stenosis and Wobbler’s disease
- Syringomyelia decompression and ventriculoperitoneal shunt placement for hydrocephalus
- Brain and spinal tumor biopsy/removal
- Lumbosacral and foramen magnum decompressions
- Muscle and nerve biopsies, skull fracture repair, and more
