Veterinary Client Service Representative

You’ll be a key part of our client experience, helping pet parents feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their pet’s care.

Your day-to-day will include:

Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism

Providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels

Scheduling appointments, managing client information, and processing payments accurately

Listening to questions and concerns and helping find thoughtful solutions

Communicating and collaborating with our medical and support teams

Staying organized and detail-oriented in a busy environment

Following through on commitments and looking for ways to improve the client experience
