This is a full-time seasonal support team member vacancy focused on caring for pets and supporting clients, the medical team, and hospital operations.
The role supports a patient-focused service model through open communication, teamwork, and high-quality service.
Client and Patient Experience
- Provide exceptional client service and build relationships through respect and professionalism.
- Support communication during client visits, answer questions, and educate clients on pet care and products.
- Maintain the well-being and comfort of patients while following patient experience principles.
- Greet, handle, and treat pets with kindness, patience, skill, and Fear Free techniques.
- Support organized patient flow and advocate for patient needs throughout medical and treatment areas.
- Contribute to practice cleanliness and organization so clients and guests have a positive experience.
Animal Care and Medical Support
- Perform animal handling and husbandry duties safely and accurately.
