Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Veterinarian role located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Veterinarian will be responsible for diagnosing and treating animals, conducting routine check-ups and vaccinations, performing surgeries, and developing treatment plans.
Additionally, the role involves educating pet owners on animal care, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with veterinary technicians and staff to deliver seamless care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries, and medical conditions in animals
- Experience in performing surgical procedures and administering vaccinations
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate pet owners about preventive measures and post-treatment care
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Collaborative skills to work efficiently with a team of veterinary technicians and staff
- Dedication to delivering compassionate care to animals and their owners
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent qualification
- Valid veterinary practice license in Abu Dhabi or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous experience in companion animal care or specialty veterinary services is an advantage
