As a Venue Operations Supervisor , your primary responsibilities will include:
Supervising Preparing and delivering event and booking set-ups and pack-downs across MSAC and Parkville (SNHC), ensuring all configurations meet event requirements and safety standards
Supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality venue operations through equipment movement, maintenance assistance and presentation of spaces
Collaborating with officers, event teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
Maintaining clean, organised and safe sporting and operational environments for athletes, patrons and community users
Working flexibly across multiple venues, supporting events and operations at both MSAC and Parkville as required

Required skills and Qualifications
- Experience in sports, events, or venue operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform manual handling and physical tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and safety standards
