Role Overview
PY Overseas is hiring a Venue Development Manager for a fully remote, full-time role in the United Arab Emirates.
The role leads venue opportunities from concept and feasibility through design, approvals, construction, commissioning, launch, and post-opening optimization.
The organization develops venues, entertainment destinations, commercial spaces, cultural facilities, hospitality environments, and customer-focused experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop venue strategies, assess new and existing venue opportunities, and prepare feasibility studies, business cases, and investment recommendations.
- Develop concepts, capacity plans, space programs, operational requirements, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
- Coordinate architecture, engineering, design, construction, operations, finance, commercial, procurement, and external delivery partners.
- Manage consultants, contractors, developers, operators, specialist suppliers, approvals, permits, licenses, and regulatory engagement.
- Monitor design, construction, fit-out, equipment, technology integration, commissioning, risks, costs, and project governance.
- Coordinate operational readiness, staffing, procedures, systems, suppliers, training, testing, opening, handover, defects, and closeout.
- Evaluate post-opening utilization, customer experience, revenue, operating costs, asset performance, and improvement opportunities.
