Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with schools and educational institutions
- Identify and secure pilot schools willing to test the platform and provide feedback
- Convert pilot partnerships into long term customers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential school clients
- Present the platform to school leaders, academic directors, and decision makers
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial arrangements
- Recruit schools for pilot programs and coordinate pilot implementation
- Gather structured feedback from teachers and analyze pilot results
- Identify grants, educational funds, foundations, accelerators, and other funding opportunities
- Prepare partnership proposals and funding applications
- Contribute to pricing, go to market, and expansion strategies
- Represent LIL at educational events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Strong network within the education sector
- Experience working with ministry of education, schools, educational organizations, NGOs, foundations, or educational technology companies
- Comfortable building relationships with senior decision makers
- Experience in business development, partnerships, fundraising, or educational leadership
- Entrepreneurial and enjoys building new initiatives from the ground up
- Can work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

The Role
- The Venture Lead will be responsible for driving the growth and adoption of LIL. This is both a strategic and hands on role that combines educational partnerships, business development, fundraising, and market validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Identify and secure pilot schools willing to test the platform and provide feedback.
