Job Summary
Serve as a strategic architect and operator of ADNOC’s next-generation ventures.
Identify transformative opportunities, validate market-backed solutions, and lead ventures from concept to commercial scale.
Operate effectively amid ambiguity while aligning stakeholders and applying structured venture-building practices.
Venture Identification and Validation
- Define and validate 4–8 high-potential venture concepts.
- Conduct market research and feasibility assessments.
Venture Building and Delivery
- Deliver at least three MVPs with early commercial traction.
- Establish governance, reporting, and agile venture delivery processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute venture projects.
Stakeholder Alignment and Collaboration
- Secure alignment with senior stakeholders.
- Enable and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
