Responsibilities
- Understand complete shifting requirements from customers
- Provide accurate and competitive quotations based on internal pricing guidelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the entire shifting lifecycle
- Identify and coordinate with appropriate vendors for each shifting request
- Negotiate pricing, availability, and service terms to ensure business viability
- Ensure smooth execution of shifting jobs as per committed timelines and scope
- Support in finalizing competitive yet profitable quotations
- Collect feedback from customers and vendors post job completion
- Identify new growth opportunities in the market
Requirements
- 2–3 years of work experience in Sales / Account Management / Operations in Packers & Movers or Delivery / Logistics sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage end to end coordination between customers and vendors

Role Overview
- Looking for Business Associate Packers & Movers Operations (Vendor Operations Associate), who can own end to end coordination between customers and vendors, ensuring smooth execution of shifting requests through strong communication, negotiation, and operational follow through.
- The role is critical in driving customer satisfaction, vendor alignment, and timely completion of all movement jobs, along with the ideation for business expansion.
Responsibilities
- Understand complete shifting requirements from customers (inventory, location, timelines, special handling needs)
- Provide accurate and competitive quotations based on internal pricing guidelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the entire shifting lifecycle
- Ensure clarity of expectations around pricing, timelines, and service scope
- Identify and coordinate with appropriate vendors for each shifting request
- Negotiate pricing, availability, and service terms to ensure business viability
- Align vendors on execution timelines (date, time, manpower, vehicle requirements)
- Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and resolve vendor side constraints proactively
- Ensure smooth execution of shifting jobs as per committed timelines and scope
- Continuously track ongoing movements and intervene in case of delays/issues
- Coordinate between customer and vendor during execution for real time resolution
- Ensure zero failure execution mindset across all assigned jobs
Qualification and Skills
- 2–3 years of work experience in Sales / Account Management / Operations in Packers & Movers or Delivery / Logistics sector
