The Vendor Manager is a part time role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on site collaboration with the flexibility to work from home.
The role focuses on managing relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that contracts, pricing, and service levels align with organizational objectives.
Day to day responsibilities include overseeing the vendor selection process, supporting procurement activities, evaluating vendor performance, and coordinating contract renewals and amendments.
The Vendor Manager will work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, maintain accurate vendor records, and resolve issues related to delivery, quality, and compliance.
This role also involves preparing reports, analyses, and recommendations to support informed decision making and optimize vendor value.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review vendor performance, costs, and risks and provide data driven insights.
Candidates should possess expertise in Procurement and vendor selection processes to ensure fair, efficient, and compliant sourcing.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and manage changes in scope or pricing.
Candidates should possess solid Contract Management capabilities to oversee contract lifecycles, renewals, and compliance with agreed service levels.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain productive vendor relationships.
Experience in public sector or government environments, especially within the UAE, is beneficial.
Relevant education in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in procurement or contract management are an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and use standard office and procurement related software tools.
