Role overview
The Vendor Manager role focuses on third-party logistics partnerships, courier capacity, fulfillment efficiency, service quality, and operational growth.
What you’ll do
- Develop, onboard, and manage third-party logistics partners while building long-term relationships.
- Strengthen courier recruitment and capacity planning with partners to meet delivery demand.
- Monitor partner performance, identify operational gaps, and improve fulfillment efficiency and service quality.
- Lead operational initiatives and coordinate internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and deliver measurable results.
What we need from you
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, on-demand delivery, food delivery platforms, channel management, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and operational management capabilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and partner management skills with a results-oriented approach.
