Mentors and guides less experienced team members and establishes best practices for vendor tracking, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; or the equivalent required 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement analytics, asset management, finance, operations, or a related field required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced knowledge of vendor governance frameworks, information technology service management practices, and technology procurement strategies. Strong financial acumen, including knowledge of budget forecasting, cost modeling, and return-on-investment analysis for vendor contracts. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes across complex vendor relationships. Strong knowledge of contract fundamentals, software licensing models, and technology risk management principles. Proficiency with procurement and vendor management platforms, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, and ServiceNow.
