Responsibilities
- Execute end to end Red Team operations emulating real world threat actors
- Perform advanced penetration testing across web applications, mobile platforms, networks, and multi cloud environments
- Develop custom payloads, scripts, and tooling to bypass EDR solutions and perimeter defenses
- Translate complex exploitation paths into clear, financially quantified risk reports for executives
- Collaborate with Blue Teams in Purple Teaming exercises to validate remediation and improve controls
- Stay at the bleeding edge of offensive security research, emerging vulnerabilities, and GCC regional threat landscapes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of dedicated experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming
- Must hold premier offensive security certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, OSCE, CRTO, or equivalent
- Deep practical understanding of MITRE ATT&CK framework, OWASP Top 10, and modern Active Directory exploitation techniques
- Proficiency with industry standard offensive frameworks (Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, Metasploit) and strong scripting capabilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go, or C#)
- Exceptional communication skills for writing technical reports and presenting to non technical leaders
- Strong ethical compass and experience operating within strict rules of engagement in highly regulated sectors

Role Overview
- At PDI Partners, we are seeking an elite, highly technical offensive security specialist to join our Advanced Cyber Defense practice as a Red Teamer.
- You will conduct full spectrum adversarial simulations for highly regulated enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Execute end to end Red Team operations emulating TTPs of real world threat actors.
- Perform advanced penetration testing across complex web applications, mobile platforms, networks, and multi cloud environments.
- Develop custom payloads, scripts, and tooling to bypass modern EDR solutions and perimeter defenses.
- Translate complex exploitation paths into clear, financially quantified risk reports for C Suite and Board.
- Collaborate with Blue Teams in Purple Teaming to deconstruct attack paths and validate remediation.
- Stay at the bleeding edge of offensive security research, emerging vulnerabilities, and GCC regional threat landscapes.
