Key Responsibilities
- Pick up daily meal orders from the company’s kitchen or distribution center.
- Deliver meals to customers’ homes, offices, or designated drop-off points following
- assigned routes and schedules.
- Ensure meals are transported under proper temperature and hygiene conditions
- Verify order accuracy before delivery and obtain necessary customer signatures or confirmations.
- Handle meal bags or containers carefully to prevent damage or spillage.
- Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, kitchen staff, and customers regarding delivery updates or issues.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Provide professional and courteous service to all clients, representing the company’s values.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (with a clean driving record).
- Proven experience as a delivery driver (experience in food delivery is an advantage).
- Familiarity with GPS systems, route planning, and local areas.
- Basic understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle meal boxes or bags.
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Should be able to read and write English.
