Responsibilities
- Sell and promote the company's product range across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain
- Develop new customers while maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Visit SMEs, supermarkets, groceries, cafeterias, restaurants, retail shops, and traders on a daily basis
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets
- Collect weekly stock from the company's warehouse in Ajman and manage van inventory effectively
- Ensure timely deliveries and maintain adequate stock levels
- Collect payments from customers as per company policy
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and stock reconciliation
- Build long term relationships with customers to maximize repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of Van Sales experience in the UAE
- Proven experience covering Abu Dhabi and Al Ain markets
- Strong existing relationships with SMEs, retailers, wholesalers, and traders
- Valid UAE MANUAL driving license
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Experience in FMCG distribution is an advantage
