Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Valve Sourcing Engineer And Technical Sales Engineer
to support sourcing industrial valves from Chinese manufacturers for Middle East and international customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of valves, good experience in supplier sourcing, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with manufacturers, customers, and internal sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source suitable valve manufacturers and suppliers from China.
- Evaluate factories, manufacturers, product quality, certifications, and production capabilities.
- Review customer technical requirements, datasheets, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with Chinese manufacturers for quotations, technical details, product selection, and delivery timelines.
- Support the sales team in preparing technical and commercial offers for Middle East and international customers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
- Coordinate samples, factory visits, inspections, and logistics when required.
- Attend exhibitions and identify suitable manufacturers, suppliers, and business opportunities.
- Maintain supplier records, quotation comparisons, and technical reports.
- Update all activities, supplier details, and opportunities in the company CRM / GISA system.
Required Valve Knowledge
- Candidate should understand valves such as:
- Gate Valves
- Globe Valves
- Ball Valves
- Butterfly Valves
- Check Valves
- Control Valves
• Safety Relief Valves
- Actuated Valves
• Industrial Special Valves
Knowledge of
API, ASME, ANSI, DIN, ISO, NACE, CE
, and other valve standards will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in valves, technical sales, sourcing, or industrial procurement.
- Strong technical understanding of valve products and applications.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Good communication skills with Chinese manufacturers and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
- Good understanding of export, packing, shipping, and logistics.
- Ability to read datasheets, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ability to prepare clear reports, quotation comparisons, and supplier evaluations.
- Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented personality.
- Chinese language skills will be an advantage, but excellent English is required.
Compensation
Fixed salary + attractive commission.
Commission will be linked to successful orders, supplier development, agency opportunities, and sales contribution.

- Preferred candidates should be based in China or willing to work closely with Chinese manufacturers, suppliers, and exhibitions.
