As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:
Conducting commercial property valuations using best practice methodologies and preparing professional valuation reports
Developing professional relationships with existing and key clients including major banks, Government Business Enterprises and Departments, private investors and developers
Analysing market data and property trends to ensure accurate valuation reports
Maintaining compliance with Australian Property Institute (API) standards, legislative requirements and industry best practice
