Position Overview
Support production by delivering components to workstations, posting finished goods, transporting goods to shrink bundling, and addressing leftover parts.
The position involves approximately 80% walking and material movement with a pallet jack or walkie stacker and 20% forklift work.
The role partners closely with the Shift Coordinator and Logistics associates.
Responsibilities
- Stage materials, replenish the supermarket, and close shop orders.
- Operate lift equipment and unload or reload pallets.
- Print labels and follow standard operating procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of high-risk items, handling methods, and safety requirements.
- Understand milk run pickup points and Kanban methodology.
- Adhere to 5S standards, the 14 Quality Basics, and all Safety Absolutes.
- Complete required PQ&T training measures as needed.
- Perform other essential and related duties as required.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements
- High school diploma or accredited GED is required.
- Candidates must be certified to use the walkie stacker and stand-up reach lift or become certified on lift equipment.
