Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 12 to 18 months. Subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided.
The Value Manager will deploy the DePuy Synthes value offering to drive profitable market share with strategic customers. The individual will be tasked with supporting to the process to shape, deliver and implement the new DS value offering, to include but not exclusively Clinical Transformation, Theatre Efficiency Patient Pathway programmes as well as Enabling technology pipeline. The incumbent will have strong expertise and practical experience in the skills required to deliver these programmes and experience of delivering and executing value-based product and enabling technology led solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
To support the delivery of value deployments in associated accounts in line with DS and customer strategic priorities.
Be the designated governance lead, to manage relationships with key NHS trusts and private sector organisations deploying value driven programmes for specific clinical and non-clinical outcomes.

Ability to understand business strategy and coach the transition to translate it into actionable plans, coupled with high execution focus and exceptional planning skills.
Strong passion and track record for innovation & will to make things happen & deliver.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in local language(s) and English; effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.
University degree in business administration, marketing & communications, hospital management, life science, public administration or related fields or studies would be preferable but not essential.
Expertise in Organisational change, and/or Process Excellence, and/or Project Management, and/or Healthcare Management Consulting, and/or running Surgical Services/Theatres/Secondary Care Service
