Requirements
- What we’re looking for:
- Education: BS or MS in any one or more streams such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics & Transportation Management, Applied Statistics, Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
- Work Permit: Should be authorized to work in US or India.
- Industry Experience: 1–4 years of hands-on experience or project work in areas such as supply chain operations, logistics optimization, manufacturing analytics, or data visualization. Exposure to real-world problem-solving using data, AI, or digital tools—such as improving delivery performance, optimizing inventory turns, or building dashboards—is highly valued. Curiosity about how technology transforms physical operations is essential.
- Preferred Skillsets: Tools like Figma, Power BI, Advanced Excel, any type of scripting, advanced prompt development for LLMs, tinkering with new tools and technology.
