Value Add Associate

Join our dynamic team as a Value Add (VA) Associate!

In this exciting role, you'll build practical component kits and assembly designs by following technical instructions and constructing a diverse range of products.

Your expertise in discerning the quality of parts and materials will ensure our products are top-notch.

You'll inventory and maintain parts and tools, keep your workspace clean and organized, and check incoming and outgoing products for defects.

Pay $17.50/Hour

• Follow technical instructions and technical terms
• Assemble a wide range of products based on written instructions
• Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
• Examine finished products for conformance
• Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
• Follow company procedures and directives
• Maintain the tools used to assemble products
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
• High school diploma or G.E.D., preferred
• Experience in a production/assembly environment, distribution or related field required
• Quality control experience in a production/assembly environment, preferred
• Experience using hand tools (Crimpers a plus)
• Sustain long term attention to detail
• Role-related accuracy and task follow-through
• Ability to sit at a desk and work for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift and/ or move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Noise level may be loud in some areas of the production area
• Ability to clearly communicate regarding work instructions
• Basic computer skills
