The Validation & Compliance Specialist supports Fedcap Canada's operations by assisting with the validation of jobseeker support and performance milestone submissions to ensure compliance with funder requirements, internal policies, and government regulations.
Reporting to the Validation & Compliance Supervisor, the Specialist plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy and ensuring the quality and timeliness of transactional submissions.
This position contributes to tracking operational performance, implementing updated compliance procedures, and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.
The Specialist works closely with supervisors, managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support continuous improvement across validations and compliance workflows.
