About the Role
BMW of Pittsburgh is hiring a Valet Pick up / Delivery Driver to perform service valet functions, transport vehicles, and provide exceptional customer experience. Requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities
- Performs service valet pick up and delivery functions
- Safely operates Center loaner vehicles and customer vehicles during pick up and delivery
- Transports and organizes vehicles on the dealership lot, making sure they are clean and have gas
- Performs basic explanation of loaner policies and guidelines to customers and secures authorization signatures on loaner contract
- Cleans customer vehicles as needed in limited circumstances
- Verifies receipt of and performs damage inspection on loaner vehicles when picking up from customers
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Able to maintain a professional appearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous valet and/or customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and must maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
