Valet

Under the supervision of the MHS Manager or Lead Valet, the Valet greets patients and visitors with a friendly attitude and provides helpful, safe parking services.

This role is responsible for parking and retrieving vehicles in a careful and timely manner, assisting guests at the hospital entrance, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from arrival to departure.

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles while following all traffic laws
• Greet every guest with a warm and professional attitude
• Help patients and visitors with directions, bags, and getting in or out of their vehicles
• Check for and note any damage on vehicles before taking them
• Record valet ticket numbers and parking locations correctly
• Explain parking rates and how the valet process works to patients and visitors
• Report accidents right away to your supervisor or Lane Captain
• Keep the valet area clean, organized, and safe always
• Maintain patient privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of driving experience
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a clean driving record
