Responsibilities
- Manage, direct and operate valet and car parking operations in UAE
- Understand client service standards and integrate Zone's standards
- Ensure team focuses on exceeding client expectations
- Implement and deliver contractual requirements between Zone and client
- Build client loyalty and identify business growth opportunities
- Follow safety and security procedures
- Attend operational, event, sales and budgeting meetings
- Perform daily management and administrative functions
- Manage parking operations revenue and expense budget
- Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff
- Handle client concerns, claims and property issues
- Act as direct liaison between company and client
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Valid driving license
- Minimum 7 years of valet and parking management experience
- 10+ years of management/leadership experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- MS Office skills
- Knowledge of parking industry preferred

Position Overview
- Position: Valet Manager
- Reports to: Head of Operations
- Direct reports: Assistant Managers, Supervisors
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Must have a valid Driving License
Experience
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Valet & Parking management
- 10+ years Management/Leadership Experience
Primary Functions
- Manage, direct and operate the Valet & car parking operations
- Oversee Zone car park valet parking operations in UAE
- Understanding the client’s service standards and effectively integrating Zone’s standards
- Understanding what objectives are important to the client and ensuring the entire team is focused on exceeding expectations
- Understand, implement, and deliver all requirements outlined in the contractual agreement
- Capitalizing on opportunities to grow Zone’s business by building client loyalty
- Understanding and following safety and security procedures
- Attend operational, event, sales and budgeting meetings
- Perform daily management and administrative functions
- Manage parking operations revenue and expense budget
- Communicate with Zone’s accounting, HR and Administration teams
- Implement and complete other projects, programs, and initiatives
Recruit, Hire, Train and Supervise Staff
- Actively engage in recruitment and hiring processes
- Recognizing where the team and individual performers need to improve and properly train and coach them
- Delegating by allocating decision making and other responsibilities appropriately and effectively
Skills
- Must be able to effectively plan, set priorities and manage several complex projects simultaneously
- Strong and effective communications skills: verbal and written required
- Computer Skills: MS Office skills
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, team driven, demanding environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team, guests, and management
- In depth Knowledge of the parking industry preferred
