• Since 1966, DB Engineering & Consulting has implemented thousands of projects of any size and complexity in over 100 countries. About 5,000 employees from 84 nations are currently realizing the projects of our customers with professional knowledge and intercultural experience.
• For our project in Bangalore, we are looking for a Document Controller. Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project correspondence, meeting minutes, deliverables, and approvals.
• Organize and coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda prepara-tion, and documentation of action items and follow-ups.
• Track project deliverables and submission schedules using Excel trackers or project management dashboards.
• Support the preparation of project reports, progress summaries, presentations, and client communication materials.
• Ensure proper file management and version control in CDE platforms (e.g., Share-Point, Aconex, A site).
• Assist in onboarding new project team members, ensuring access to systems, pro-ject folders, and reference documents.
• Help compile bid documentation, CVs, profile check and approval, compliance checklists, and forms for new opportunities or change requests.
• Verification (for Conformance) and approval of project deliverables in adherence to DB quality standards and guidelines.
• Ensure support for on-time Project delivery.
• Any other work / instructions given by the Team leader.
• Qualifications:
• Strong administrative and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
