V&V Execution and Quality Assurance Characterize the vehicle and derive electrical requirements, decomposing them to module and component level with bidirectional traceability to test evidence. Own the electrical DVP&R - plan and execute functional and performance testing, including EMC/EMI, and electrical stress and robustness testing, on prototypes and production-intent hardware. Build and maintain custom fixturing as necessary. Identify and troubleshoot electrical functionality, compatibility, and performance issues; lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to closure.

Regulatory Compliance and Certification Manage all aspects of Compliance Testing and Certification while adhering to ISO 26262 and UL 4600. Plan and execute critical compliance tests in accordance with standards such as ISO 16750, 11451/11452, UL, CE, IEC and various OEM standards.
