- Help with following up on admin tasks related to clients (class action, corporate action, document signature, Tax request)
- Assist in the organization of trainings and demos
- Follow up on NBI dashboard and invoicing
- Update and correction of the sales plan
- Follow up on payments/invoices
- Client onboarding/account opening – support in collecting documents from clients
Requirements
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance
- Good experience in project management and follow up skills
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Must be under 28 and from a member state of the European Economic Space (VIE eligibility)

Business Overview
- SGSS provides a full range of securities services: clearing, custody, trustee, liquidity management, fund administration, asset servicing, fund distribution, and global issuer services.
- Clients include institutional investors, asset managers, financial intermediaries, and corporates.
