Tasks
Collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software interfaces that align with the company's mission and values.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience of our software products.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop and maintain a consistent design system and style guide to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance the usability and aesthetics of our products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with the ability to translate user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
