Manifold Labs is seeking a highly creative UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences and lead the design of our products.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a cohesive design language and bring innovative ideas to life in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Lead the design and user experience strategy for all Manifold Labs products, driving innovation and quality across all platforms.
Develop and maintain a cohesive design language and system that aligns with the brand's vision, ensuring consistency and scalability.

Proven experience as a UI/UX or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio that highlights your expertise in user-centered design and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with web design and development technologies, including HTML/CSS and JavaScript (bonus).
Ability to balance creativity with functionality, delivering designs that are both visually stunning and highly practical.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.

Experience with React.
Previous experience as a UX/UI Designer in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and creativity in dynamic settings.
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, User Experience Design, or a related field.
Experience designing for decentralized systems, blockchain platforms, or Web3 technologies.
