Our team is comprised of a dynamic group of product designers, researchers, visual designers, industrial designers, modelers, and project managers.
As a UX Researcher and Data Analyst supporting the Customer Confidence Center of Excellence within Digital Product Design, you'll help the design team continuously improve features and user experiences through rigorous research and clear, actionable insights.
You'll balance hands-on research execution with data analysis and reporting support for our Customer Experience Survey program — ultimately helping our product teams make evidence-based design decisions.
