A client is seeking a UX Designer Specialist to work on a contract basis.
The role focuses on designing and refining user experiences for a platform serving global markets.
Compensation
- Contract payout is $90-$140 per hour.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype interfaces for a digital platform targeting global users.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
- Iterate on designs using feedback and data-driven metrics to improve user satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required.
- Experience with user research and usability testing is required.
- A strong UX design portfolio demonstrating problem-solving is required.
- Ability to translate user needs into intuitive and accessible interfaces is required.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design is required.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum in product development is required.
