The role is for a UX Designer Specialist working on a contract basis.

Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Payout
- The payout is $90–$140 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Work with product managers and developers to define user flows and interaction patterns.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end users.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for design and prototyping.
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
- Collaboration skills for working effectively with remote teams and stakeholders.
