Key Responsibilities

Design and prototype user interfaces for a digital platform targeting global users.
Conduct user research and usability testing and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation for consistency.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and data-driven metrics to improve user satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate user needs into intuitive and accessible interface designs.
Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a product development environment.
