Role Overview
Contract UX Designer role focused on designing and refining user experiences for digital products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, accessible interfaces aligned with user needs and business goals.
Location and Work Arrangement
- Remote position with work-from-anywhere arrangements.
Compensation
- Payout is $90-$140 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Define user flows and interaction patterns with product managers and developers.
- Iterate designs using stakeholder and end-user feedback.
- Follow accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for design and prototyping.
- Experience with user-centered design methodologies and UX best practices.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design projects.
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
- Collaboration skills for working with remote teams and stakeholders.
