Seeking a UX Designer Specialist to work on a contract basis for a client.
The role designs and refines user experiences for a digital platform serving global markets.
The position is remote and work-from-anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype user interfaces for a digital platform targeting global users.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders on design solutions.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and documentation.
- Iterate on designs using feedback and data-driven metrics to improve user satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate user needs into intuitive and accessible interface designs.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies in a product development environment.
Contract Compensation
- The contract payout is USD 90 to USD 140 per hour.
