About the Role
Accruent is looking for a UX Designer to join their design team, taking ownership of multiple projects and championing user needs. You will conduct user research, create personas, design interactions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
- Work across Design, Product, Engineering, QA teams to understand product needs
- Take ownership of assigned projects from gathering requirements to testing implemented designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify and eliminate sub optimal design patterns
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
- Develop high fidelity prototypes and UI designs for engineering implementation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX design with a strong portfolio
- Experience and skill in research, design, usability testing, documentation, and collaboration with engineers
- Strong understanding of user centred design principles and practices
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Proven skills in stakeholder management and visual storytelling
