Role Description
This is a part-time, remote UX Designer / Motion Designer role supporting digital marketing and LinkedIn optimization initiatives.
The role combines UX design, user research, interface design, motion graphics, and micro-interactions.
The designer will collaborate with the founder and deliver polished assets on schedule.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and refine user journeys for online programs, landing pages, and resource materials.
- Conduct light user research and translate findings into wireframes and prototypes.
- Create engaging interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Produce motion graphics and micro-interactions for videos, social content, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the founder to iterate on concepts and test design solutions.
- Deliver polished assets on schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in UX and design thinking is required.
- Ability to conduct user research through interviews, surveys, or usability reviews is required.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar visual design and prototyping tools is required.
- Experience designing motion graphics or animations for digital marketing, social media, and presentations is required.
- Relevant experience in marketing, digital products, or professional services is required.
- A portfolio showcasing UX projects and motion design work is required.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus.
- Formal education in design, HCI, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
Workplace and Collaboration
- The role is remote and requires independent work, strong communication, and comfort receiving and incorporating feedback.
