We are looking for a full-stack UX Designer to help shape customer experiences across our digital health and ecommerce platforms.
Reporting to the Director of User and Experience Design, you will own the design process end to end — research, UX design, design systems, and UI — shaping how customers discover, engage with, and trust our digital products.
In a single week you might move between user interviews, flows, component specs, and polished production screens.
This is a hands-on IC role for someone who loves the craft and the pace.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end design execution: Own the design process from research and discovery through wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
- Customer experience design: Design and optimize experiences for ecommerce customers and internal users across CMS, MarTech, and operational platforms. Build intuitive, consistent, scalable interfaces that support seamless workflows and a cohesive brand.
