Lead the PreConstruction Team’s technical and legal due diligence for potential real estate assets on the West Coast.

Role Overview
Lead the PreConstruction Team’s technical and legal due diligence for potential real estate assets on the West Coast.
Support the transition from site selection to construction commencement for EV-related tenant build-outs.
Work with West Coast utility companies to reduce technical, financial, regulatory, and schedule risk.
Technical Evaluation and Feasibility
- Evaluate structural integrity, MEP system capacities, and site-specific utility infrastructure.
- Produce go/no-go feasibility reports that identify cost drivers and schedule impacts.
- Assess whether existing site conditions support the client’s prototype or intended use.
Regulatory and Entitlement Oversight
- Review municipal zoning ordinances, land-use restrictions, and local building codes.
- Identify discretionary approvals and establish critical path timelines for permits.
- Oversee ALTA surveys, title commitments, and Phase I/II environmental site assessments.
