Utility Project Controls Scheduler

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project and program schedules
• Support integrated master schedule development
• Perform schedule risk analysis and critical path reviews
• Track progress against baseline and identify variances
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams
• Support reporting and schedule performance metrics
• Participate in field and coordination meetings as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related technical field required.
• Experience Level: 5+ years of relevant scheduling experience
• Utility capital program experience required
• Scheduling certification (PMI, AACEi, or similar) preferred
• Experience with Exelon-family utilities preferred
• Must reside within the DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia footprint
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 required
• Willingness for frequent on-site presence

Compensation

• The base salary range for this role is $95,000 – $130,000 annually. This range represents a good-faith estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base salary, the role includes eligibility for bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and a company 401(k) match.
