Key Responsibilities
- As a Utility Management Specialist, you will deliver high-impact solutions across five core service areas: Organizational Health & Resilience, Economic & Financial Services, Asset Management, Technology & Business Intelligence, Public Outreach & Communication
- Designing and implementing utility management and asset management plans throughout their lifecycle.
- Assisting with field assessments of infrastructure.
- Building and maintaining management tools such as structured databases, interactive business intelligence platforms, and data visualization dashboards.
- Preparing polished client proposals and presentations.
- Contributing to pursuit development, project scoping, and in time leading pursuits as a Pursuit Manager.
- Serving as Project Manager for UMS engagements.
- Leading client interactions and coordinating with engineering, planning, and science teams.
- Supervising and mentoring junior UMS staff, while supporting quality assurance of deliverables.
- Diagnosing client needs and developing strategic, customized solutions.
