- Collaborate cross functionally with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless, user centric solutions

- Champion best practices in UI design, code quality, and performance optimization throughout the development lifecycle
- Proactively identify and resolve UI/UX issues to continuously improve product quality and usability
- Mentor peers on front end engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in front end development with a strong focus on React and TypeScript
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Material UI) with emphasis on responsive and accessible design
- Experience translating wireframes and design mockups into functional, pixel perfect implementations using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of front end performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote, async first environment
