- Strong logical thinking, communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Results oriented with strong problem solving capabilities and execution discipline
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English

Job Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with institutions, traffic platforms and other business partners to provide crypto related services to their client base, with the objective of increasing HashKey’s KYC verified users and trading users.
- Identify and expand new user demand scenarios, and tailor cooperation models and client facing strategies based on specific business use cases.
- Collect user and market feedback, and provide business insights and product suggestions related to wealth management products, financial services and other potential user needs.
- Ensure that institutional partnerships, marketing communications and promotional activities are conducted in a compliant manner, including proper review of processes, content and external facing materials.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in user growth, channel management, partnership development or related fields. Candidates with channel resources in banks, payment wallets or compliant traffic platforms are preferred.
- Strong logical thinking, communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Results oriented, with strong problem solving capabilities and execution discipline.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
