- Create mockups, visual designs, prototypes, and user experience design for web and mobile applications
- Assist in creating high fidelity designs that align with project requirements

- Design interfaces considering engineering constraints, system behavior, performance, and implementation feasibility
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and test design solutions
- Conduct user research to gather insights and make informed design decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Prototyping and Front End Development skills
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development concepts

Role Description
- This is a full time onsite role for a User Experience Designer at CoreShield Technologies in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Create mockups, visual designs, prototypes, and front end development to enhance situational awareness, decision making, and operational readiness.
- Assist in creating high fidelity designs that align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to refine and iterate on design concepts.
- Design interfaces that consider engineering constraints, system behavior, performance, and implementation feasibility.
- Assist in maintaining design consistency across various platforms and touch points.
- Utilise design tools to create compelling graphics and visual assets.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and test design solutions.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and make informed design decisions.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, design tools, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience in web and mobile applications.
- Strong experience in UI/UX design for SaaS, enterprise, B2B, or technology driven products.
- Prototyping and Front End Development skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend development concepts.
- User Experience Design (UED) skills.
- Proficiency in design software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
- Understanding of how modern software products are architected and built.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or related field.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of design systems and component libraries.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user centered design.
