Senior Associates work with clients through all stages of consulting projects, including identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses against those issues, structuring and performing analyses, identifying creative but pragmatic options against potential market scenarios, developing conclusions and making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to implement the agreed-upon strategy. They will assist in client presentations and provide implementation assistance, as required, and construct the analytical framework and work steps for each assignment. A Senior Associate will typically have: an MBA from a top-tier university an exemplary scholastic record, recognized with special academic awards or participation in elite programs three to five years of relevant industry or functional work experience demonstrating progression/promotion and academic achievement outstanding oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills business-level fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
